Built around real work, not textbook offices

In your first week we ask what your job actually involves. The role-plays, emails and presentations you practise from week two onwards are drawn from your world — a project update for a regional boss, a polite push-back on an impossible deadline, a coffee-machine chat with the new colleague from Sydney.

The eight-week arc

• Weeks 1–2: Meetings. Joining in without waiting for a gap that never comes, disagreeing without drama, summarising decisions clearly.
• Weeks 3–4: Writing. Emails people answer, reports people finish, and the fine art of the two-line message that saves a meeting.
• Weeks 5–6: Presenting. Structure, signposting, handling questions you did not expect — practised on camera with recorded feedback.
• Weeks 7–8: The human stuff. Small talk, networking, interviews and negotiation. The part nobody teaches and everybody needs.
