Native speaker, proven teacher
English as a first language plus a recognised qualification — CELTA, TESOL or a teaching degree. One without the other is not enough.
A live audition
Every candidate teaches a real trial lesson to our own team pretending to be a difficult class. Most do not pass. The ones who do are special.
Ongoing observation
